Gotchya!

Can you believe it has been 5 years already? Happy Gotchya Day Elijah! To celebrate we had a yummy berry swirl cake and a dance contest (pictures coming soon!) The mark on Elijah's face is what is leftover of face painting of a saber from the PLC Garden Party yesterday.

It was also Zeke's 5th Birthday today and he got a Lamb Shank to celebrate :) September 27th is a very special day in the Witt Family!

Australian (RED) Dust Storm!

We awoke yesterday to the sight of an eerie red sky . . . It seriously looked like what you would imagine could be the end of the world. It turned out to be a dust storm - only this was the red dust of Australia's Red Centre! It was crazy dusty. Jonah had to stay home from school because his asthma is so bad around dust. Everything is back to normal today - except maybe the outdoor furniture (the photo below is the patio table, showing where the candle was moved), the windows and the cars :)

A couple cute things that were said by the Witt girls.

Tia was trying to put her pajamas on however one leg was inside the other. Exasperated she says "I don't like this mermaid!"

Bella is getting ready for school pictures today and she says "I hope I'm not in the short row!" (what's the chance?)
